We received Standard First Aid provided by your instructor Kristie (& Rob) Plummer and I just wanted to reach out to you to let you know that they were AMAZING. When we were first told that we needed to be updated, we all cringed at the idea…normally [these types of courses] can be dry and unengaging, but the course Kristie put on was anything but!
We all were involved in activities and demonstrations and it truly made the important information she was providing hit home; and we all learned skills we will be able to apply readily. I speak for everyone when I say our confidence in ourselves to be able to perform under pressure was drastically increased due to our instructor’s mentoring.
We would recommend Kristie as an instructor for any group and we would welcome her back again!
