Cancellation Policy: If you are unable to attend this course, we will gladly transfer you free of charge to another course at a date and time that is convenient for you with minimum of 4 business days notice. Should you need to cancel your registration for 2 day in class style sessions, a full refund will be issued if your request to withdraw from a course is made 4 or more business days prior to the start of the course. No refunds will be issued for those wishing to withdraw with less than 4 business days notice. If it is necessary for us to cancel a course we will attempt to transfer the person into an alternate course date, at no additional cost or issue a refund fully for the 2 day style of learning or for the In class session if it was a blended learning format style course. We do not issue refunds due to illness.
Blended Learning participants must complete, print and bring to in class session the certificate from online in order to be allowed to attend the in class session. If online access issues, please contact us during weekday business hours to troubleshoot. There are no refunds for blended learning classes due to the inability to cancel online component once issued.
